The Senior Clerk provides support to the agency’s management team in ongoing administrative duties. She is the Head of the Administrative Unit, managing all financial transactions for the Agency, procuring needed items by operating the electronic Intelligent Treasury Management System (ITMS) to make purchases and to make payments. She manages the NEMA Training/ Meeting Room from requests to setup and receipt of payments. She also manages the process of releases and return of items in the NEMA Warehouse, the acquisition, release and use of use of stationery and office supplies while providing general clerical support as necessary.
